Catholic Social Justice Network
Serving the parishes of the Diocese of Wilmington
"None of us can think we are exempt from concerns for the poor and for social justice."
Pope Francis
Who We Are
We are a group of lay volunteers from parishes throughout the diocese of Wilmington who are working to
engage Catholics in bringing Catholic social teaching to life in their parishes.
Our Mission
The Catholic Social Justice Ministry Network is comprised of Catholics in local parishes in the Diocese of Wilmington. We support each other in our ministry and work together as a resource for local parishes and the diocese to bring about a greater awareness of Catholic social justice teaching as well as an understanding that, as Catholics, we are co-responsible for both promoting and doing the work of social justice as prescribed by our Church.
Our Vision
Our vision is to enliven among all people a dedication toward actively seeking justice in furtherance of the common good.  We look forward to a world where social justice is the rule, rather than the exception for all God’s people.
How We Can Help
We can be a resource to pastors, parish leaders, directors of religious education, adult formation leaders, catholic school teachers, and youth ministers on social justice issues and topics.

We Want To Help You

"If we have found in Jesus meaning for our own lives, we cannot be indifferent to those who are suffering and sad."
